But the vital processes before the invoice: the project blueprints, cost simulations, internal purchasing, and task orchestration, lived in a disconnected, manual realm. The mission was clear: Build a central operating system that could keep up with the agency’s pace, by integrating with the financial heart. The core philosophy: synchronization, not replacement

The non-negotiable was integration. The new platform had to breathe in sync with Fatoura. We built a bi-directional API bridge with intelligent retry logic, ensuring that data-suppliers, clients, purchase orders, invoices, flowed seamlessly between the creative/project engine and the financial system. Fatoura remained the single source of financial truth; the new platform became the single source of operational truth.

  • Task & Workflow Engine: Every deliverable,from lighting rigs to graphic designs, becomes a trackable task. Teams across production, creative, and technical departments can collaborate, update progress, and eliminate the “who’s doing what” confusion.
  • Automated Internal Purchasing: Purchase requests are generated and routed within the platform, automatically syncing with Fatoura to create formal purchase orders and track invoices. It cuts approval times and eliminates duplicate data entry.
  • Real-Time Visibility: Custom dashboards provide leadership with instant KPIs: project revenue, conversion rates, cost performance. Financial and production teams are finally looking at the same, live data.
